Settling in at a New School (Year 7)

Dear Alisha,

When I first came I was nervous about everything. About if I would meet nice friends, if I would understand everything, if I would get hard work, if I would get picked on and most of all, if I would get lost

But I am happy to tell you I did meet nice friends, apart from Clare, who stabbed me in the head with her pen! But "accidentally". I haven't got lost yet! The food was great!

When I first got here my first impressions were of Hannah and Leah, who I met on the induction day. My second impression was my tutor, Mr Willimott

But first, there was the bus. I didn't like it a lot. There was noone to sit next to. But on the way back, it wasn't too bad. That was good!

In future, I know I will be very happy here, I really like my friends, even Clare, I love this school

In future, I hope to learn a lot more: such as more Sport, more Music, more Drama and most of all, more Art

I also hope to learn more languages, and train to do my desired job

I am still a bit confused about some things, I am looking forward to the Residential trip!

Yours sincerely

Aisling
