The purpose of this part of my web site is to provide useful
resources for surfers. Here you will find help for beginners as well
as more experienced surfers.
I have been surfing since 1979 and have surfed throughout the UK, Eire, France and Spain.
If you are looking out for me I ride a Vitamin Sea quad (5ft 9ins by 20.5 ins) and wear a Second Skin wetsuit.
So please delve on down and I hope you find something useful.
To help with predicting the tides at your local surf break you might find this tide prediction program(File size 311K) I found on the web useful.
In my guide to surf beaches I have given details and opinions on most of the beaches I have surfed. I have omitted known secret or semi-secret spots. The comments are not intended to offend any locals who surf the beaches and are merely my own personal observations.
If you are a more experienced surfer then you may find something useful in my tips pages. These are extracted from alt.surfing.
If you want to read about surfing how about visiting my bibliography.
My favourite surfing related links can be found here.
You will find in the gallery a collection of photos from my surf trips.
