TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
GENERAL CONDITIONS.
1. All consultancy projects are carried out taking into consideration prevailing legislation enforce at that time or that which is to be introduced within a period of one year from that time. No responsibility is accepted for advice given which may be negated by subsequent changes to legislation.
2. All consultancy project reports are partially based on information made available by the client, no responsibility is accepted for errors due to the withholding of information or false information supplied by the client.
3. All samples for which analysis is arranged on a clients behalf, are accepted for such analysis providing that the clients agree that the samples and or the results have no intrinsic value or importance.
4. For consultancy projects with total costs in excess of £1500.00 and or involving considerable chemical analysis, 20 % of the total fee or the total cost of the chemical analysis must be paid prior to the start of such projects.
CHARGING RATES. (Ad - Hoc , Retained Service Negotiable )
PROFESSIONAL FEES £380.00 / Day
(Applicable to all work carried
out on behalf of a client.)
ANALYSIS FEES at cost.
Travel charges 45p / mile for the first 200 miles
(Charged on a return 25p / mile thereafter.

PAYMENT TERMS.
The amount shown on the invoice submitted on completion of the agreed consultancy project is due for payment on receipt and in any case must be paid no latter than twenty (20 days) from the date shown on the invoice.
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery under late payment legislation if we are not paid according to the above agreed credit terms.
This interest may be invoiced after or prior to payment of the consultancy project invoice.
Debts not paid within the agreed credit period will be passed automatically to our solicitors for recovery without any further notice or communication.
