Sleeps 10. This Georgian sea captains house, built in 1735, has been lovingly restored to its former glory by the present owners It has an impressive hall and staircase and a wealth of original features including beamed ceiling polished wood floors and real fires. It has been furnished and equipped to a high standard with an enjoyable holiday experience in mind.

Ground Floor
  • Lounge with log burning stove flat screen TV (sky freeview only), DVD, and partial sea views.
  • Dinning room with log burning stove, large antique dinning table, music centre.
  • Kitchen: Bespoke oak kitchen well equipped with range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave etc..
First Floor
  • Bedroom 1 - Kingsize bed.
  • Bedroom 2 - Twin beds and full size double bunk beds.
  • Bedroom 3 - Kingsize bed.
  • House bathroom, trevetined marble with wc, washbasin, double walk-in shower and free standing bath .
Second Floor
  • Master bedroom with Kingsize bed, ensuite shower room with washbasin and wc and dressing room.
Lower Ground Floor
  • Wash room with wc and washbasin.
  • Utility area with washing machine.
  • Leading to: Rear door to outside patio with BBQ and garden table and chairs.
More Info

  • One small pet is welcome at a small additional charge.
  • Sorry no smoking allowed in the cottage.
  • Travel cot and high chair available.
  • Ben linen and towels are provided.
  • Electric and oil included, but not logs although they can be bought locally.
  • Oil fired central heating.
  • Log burning stove.
  • Small library of books, games and DVD's.
  • Parking for one car. Additional parking is available at the top of the village - ask for details when booking.
