| Car Parking

There
is no long-term parking avaiable to non-residents at the
bottom of the village. There is some limited parking on
the high street although you can only stay here for 40
minutes, which gives you ample time to drop off &
collect your bags. There are two car parks which are only
200m up the bank. We recommend the private car park, Glen
Vale, which is slightly nearer to the village and cheaper
at £4.50 a day (£31.50 for a week). It also
has the advantage that you are able to to reserve your
space when you go out. At busy holiday times it is essential
to book space in this car park (01947 840590). The main
public car park is situated at the top of the bank on
the right as you drive down into the village. The charge
for this is £5.00 per 24 hours payable at the pay
& display meter.
