The Old Watch House

Sleeps 6. Situated on the sea wall with uninterrupted sea views of the bay and out to sea and the patio is an ideal place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the world sail by. The cottage originally housed a Dragoon of guards whose job it was to try and catch the smugglers of Staithes.

Fully fitted Dining/kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave etc. French doors to patio.
Patio with decking and garden furniture, chimnea and uninterrupted sea views.
Shower room with walk in shower.
Bedroom 1 double bed.
Bedroom 2 bunk beds.

Utility area with washer and sink.
There are 4 small steps from the bedroom to the toilet

First Floor

Lounge with music centre, T.V. with Sky (free view only) video a small library of books, videos, games and sea view.
Bedroom 3 double bed en suite bathroom with new marble-tiled walk in shower roll top bath washbasin and w.c.

Well behaved dogs allowed (a small charge will be made).

Ben linen and towels are provided.

Oil fired central heating & electric included.
