The Old Watch House

Sleeps 6. Recently refurbished. Situated on the sea wall with uninterrupted sea views of the bay and out to sea and the patio is an ideal place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the world sail by. The cottage originally housed a Dragoon of guards whose job it was to try and catch the smugglers of Staithes.

Ground Floor

Dining/kitchen area: Newly fully fitted bespoke kitchen with washer, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, toaster etc. Small coal burning stove (fuel not provided). French doors to patio with decking and garden furniture, chimnea and uninterrupted sea views.
Bedroom 1 double en suite, with shower, wc and wash basin.
Bedroom 2 twin beds (2ft 6"), toilet and wc.

First Floor

Lounge with music centre, T.V. with Sky (free view only) video a small library of books, videos, games and sea view.
Bedroom 3 double bed en suite bathroom with new marble-tiled walk in shower roll top bath washbasin and w.c.

Well behaved dogs allowed (a small charge will be made).

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Sorry no smoking allowed in the cottage.

Travel cot available.

Oil fired central heating & electric included.
