In 1961, a single six wheel Broad gauge (5 foot 6 inches/ 1676mm) Diesel Hydraulic locomotive was constructed by MAK for Pakistan. It was fitted with an MD435 and probably drove a Voith transmission.
I somehow doubt that this locomotive still exists, though if anyone has any details, pictures or other information, I'd be glad to hear from you!
