V200 024 was built by MaK in 1957. It was renumbered 220 024 in 1968 and was withdrawn on 1st April 1977. The locomotive was then converted to a works locomotive for use on a track renewal project in Saudi Arabia. It was numbered "Heitkamp 3". In 1979 it was sold on to Greek rail maintenance contractor Archirodon who were maintaining the track in Saudi Arabia. This locomotive was scrapped in Saudi Arabia after sustaining accident damage during a derailment. The dates of this accident and the scrapping are unknown to me.
