V200 046 was built by Krauss Maffei in 1956. It was renumbered 220 046 in 1968 and was withdrawn on 1st April 1978. The locomotive was then overhauled and prepared for use in Saudi Arabia as a works locomotive on a track renewal project and was renumbered "Heitkamp 4". In 1979 the locomotive was transferred to Greek rail maintenance contractor Archirodon who were maintaining the track in Saudi Arabia. In this guise it was painted in a multi-coloured livery and numbered "276/02". It was reported as being scrapped in 2000 after sustaining accident damage.
