2nd Floor 1 double bedroom 1 Twin Bedroom 2 bathroom, apartment In this prestige building. with sea views from 3 sides. It also has a sea facing balcony.
Built in the late 1800s as a Hotel, it has now been converted into luxury apartments. It stands on the west cliff area of Whitby, With stunning views over the sea towards Sandsend and Whitby Harbour. It is a steady walk into Whitby's historic town where there is always something of interest going on.
Whitby has been voted the most popular place in the UK to visit.

There is a covered garage area to the rear of the building, with additional free on street parking . All the centrally heated rooms are furnished to a very high standard including large TVs in all rooms. The En-suite bathroom has disabled facilities and a steam/wet room. The apartment is serviced by a lift.
The Metropole is just a short walk to the Whitby Pavilion where there is usually some good acts performing. You can walk to the beach in minutes.
On the ground floor is an excellent public bar which serves good food , including Saturday and Sunday carveries, also a first class Chinese restaurant.

Views from the lounge and the balcony are to Sandsend and to the pier.
The beach is just to the front of the apartment.
When the tide is out you can have a pleasant walk to Sandsend along the beach.

Although the apartment is strictly NO SMOKING
Smokers can gladly smoke on the balcony.
Sorry, but no pets in this apartment (see Apartment "B")

This apartment will cater for your every need, treat yourself to a luxury relaxing holiday

Lounge
30foot + Lounge has a 52 inch TV with most sky channels.
From the side door there is a sea facing balcony with views over Sandsend and Whitby pier.
Adjustable easy chair for elderly or disabled.

The bar is well stocked and is on a trust basis. Just replace or make a reasonable payment for your usage.

Kitchen Diner
This room is fitted with all the appliances you will need
Washer, cooker, fridge, freezer all the cutlery and crockery you will ever need

Double Bedroom
	Bedroom one is furnished to a very high standard with ample wardrobe storage There is a 42inch TV with most sky channels The bed is independently electrically adjustable.

The En-suite features a large shower/steam room

Twin Bedroom
Bedroom two is fitted to the same high standard and also has a 42inch TV with most sky channels
Both beds are electrically adjustable

House Shower room


	The house shower room is fitted with high standard fittings. and is situated next to the twin bedroom. there is also a shaver socket

Visitors to vacate by 10am and arrive after 3pm
Unless new visitors are not coming or leaving on same day
If so there are no set times. Call for confirmation)
