Suitable for limited mobility. This apartment has its own Private parking for 2 cars.

This apartment has been finished to a very high standard with new kitchen, bathrooms etc. With Gas central heating. It is like a newly built property. The bedrooms are fitted out for maximum comfort.
All bedding and towels provides (Excluding cot bedding)

We can do short mid week breaks Monday to Thursday (4 nights) Or Weekend break Friday to Sunday (3 nights) (June/July/ August/ September phone for availability and prices) Ground floor

There is a High chair Z Bed and cot available if required. Please advise if needed
		House Bathroom Large Bathroom, with Bath, and shower. Some Towels provided You may need to bring extras

		Decking area for sitting in the sun (hopefully) and enjoying a drink. The sun is on that side of the building from early afternoon until dark.
As you sit on the outside decking area, the sea is just a very short distance away and gives you a lovely sea view The sun is on that side of the building from lunch time till sunset. This makes for a very pleasant place to sit

If anything that you require is not available we will either loan you or purchase new so as to satisfy your needs. Our main concern is that you fully enjoy your stay so that you will return in the future and recommend to your friends.

A deposit of £50 per week will be required on booking. Balance by cheque required 30 days before occupation, or cash on arrival Cancellation: If we can rebook your weeks all monies will be returned. Visitors to vacate by 10am and arrive after 3pm Unless new visitors are not coming or leaving on same day If so there are no set times. Call for confirmation)
