Ok, so you want to know more about me, then I'll try and keep it as brief as I can so as not to bore the pants off you!

Apart from realizing that I suddenly had hair growing in strange places, my voice was starting to sound like a baritone and I was chasing girls all over the place (whether they wanted to be or not), the 2nd most memorable moment in my life was when I left school on Friday 3rd December 1988 as a care free lad at the tender age of 17, knowing that in two days I'd be embarking on a professional career as a Civil Engineer.

Those two days were probably the scariest of my life - you could really smell the fear! I'd sit for hours in my bedroom wondering if I'd made the right decision - the comfort of school and my mates or earning a living in the big bad world, then before I knew it I was walking through the main doors of a Local Authority on a frosty morning in December 1988.

My first monthly 'take home' salary was for £247.18p and with all that money in my back pocket I felt as though I'd come of age. So, that first weekend after pay day I went out with the boys and got completely wrecked!

During my early and mid twenties I'd had a fairly energetic social life - karate training (3 times a week), RAuxAF training (once a week and every other weekend), cruising with my mates in our Mini cars, before finally rounding the week off with a few beers on a Friday and Saturday night.

Now in the blink of an eye, I'm a 30 something Civil Engineer living in picturesque Wales with my gorgeous Fiancée Michelle - whom I love and adore with all my heart.
