12:00 Hrs	Richard, Kevin and Lee depart Hailsham to meet Chris and Ume in Eastbourne...
15:00 Hrs	Catch Le Shuttle to Calais
16:40 Hrs	Arrive in Calais and make haste for Rouen
19:30 Hrs	Arrive at Rouen and check into our hotel
19:35 Hrs	Into the bar for beer and food

Saturday 16th June 2001

02:00 Hrs	Having drunk the bar dry of Get 27, retire to bed...
06:00 Hrs	Alarm call wakes us (and most of Rouen with it !!! - Jesus it was loud).
06:30 Hrs	Planned departure from Rouen for the circuit at Le Mans
07:30 Hrs	Actual departure from Rouen for the circuit at Le Mans (Chris and Ume don't do mornings !)
11:00 Hrs	Arrive at the circuit and try to find a square foot or two to pitch the tents and park the cars
16:00 Hrs	Race starts...
16:10 Hrs	The heavens open...
20:00 Hrs	Been raining for 4 hours, decide it's time to pitch the tents. Always better to check your new tent BEFORE leaving the UK Chris !
22:00 Hrs	Find a bite to eat in the village. Not bad either !
24:00 Hrs	Having been soaked through for the best part of 10 hours now, decide to get some kip in a dry(ish) tent...

08:00 Hrs	Well, they're still racing...poor bastards !
08:30 Hrs	Find some coffee and croissants which makes the world seem like a much better place !
12:00 Hrs	Time to head back to Calais now, leave the Audi's in 1st and 2nd, Bentley running 3rd.
19:30 Hrs	Arrive back in Eastbourne / Hailsham
