To lead by example for the making of this film, just 8 youngsters (YES EIGHT)
were bred for the young bird season and they were set the difficult task of racing
North Road Fed one week, South Road Fed the next week.
One bird had six races and seven birds had eight races and none were lost in
training from all directions or any of the races.
This is a straightforward no nonsense film made by Keith Thomas, who scribed
the "Against All Odds" British Homing World articles of his exploits in doing battle with the
peregrines when he lived in Wales.
He gives sensible advice to the new starter into the sport of pigeon racing, with
comprehensive information covering virtually all that is required to cover the
early seasons.
