1.
Where group is at/What has been achieved
The
returned questionnaires are still being analysed and getting the results on to
one database is taking longer than expected. It has proved difficult to meet
regularly due to work commitments, especially with the Christmas period. The
high number of returns has meant more work!
2.
Funding
A
bid for funding has been put in to cover printing costs of the report, and a
decision should have been made today as to whether the bid has been successful.
The Borough Council has offered assistance and the group expects to follow this
up.
3.
Further meetings
The
group meets next on January 30th by which time it is hoped the
analysis will be complete and the content and layout of the report can then be
considered properly.
Thereafter
a series of meetings is planned to agree what will go into the draft report.
