BILL CECIL______________GM3KHH ____Bill is one of the original founders of the M.F.A.R.S club, The club was formed in the mid sixties and initally based in Buckie but has moved several times and at present Fochabers is the main venue for meetings, Bill now retired lives in Oran a small hamlet situated in the country a few miles from Buckie, He is a enthusiastic HF operator and has literally worked the world and has made many friends as a result, you can e-mail him at gm3khh@x-stream.co.uk

Keen home brew constructor, having built several transmitters amplifiers and lots of antennae. Instructor in MFARS Radio Amateur,s Examination classes Active on VHF,UHF, HF, packet. Interested in computers and interface with amateur radio, and contests. Involved with GB3SS repeater group as secretary, but also on maintenance and construction, and is one of that repeaters shutdown operators. Current construction project is a large linear using a Russian GS31b triode with over 3KV of HT
