I am fluent in several flavours of UNIX , including AIX(3+) for which I am part accredited, Solaris (2.x) for which I am also part accredited, digital unix, ICL DRS6000 and Superservers ( all SVR4 ). Also coming up is HP.

I have a working knowledge of TCP/IP and shell scripting. Myself and a collegue have created a small intranet site for one of our helpdesks,involving html, Java and CGI.

I am fluent in C, C++ and Pascal, although these skills are not being utilised in this current job.

Hardware wise, myself and my collegue Dean administer and are responsible for DEC Alphas and a 5100. We look after SUN kit of all sizes from old Sparc 4s up to and including several SUN Enterprise 3000s. Within 3 months we will also be looking after either a Starfire or a SUN 6000. ICL kit includes DRS6000s and a Superserver. IBM hardware includes several AIX boxes in all shapes and sizes.
