The property is located in a quiet residential area less than 0.25 mile from the University and is suitable for three students who appreciate living in a nice student property.
The house has three bedrooms and accommodates three non smoking students, it has not been modified to accommodate four or five like most others. The through lounge is over 25 feet long giving ample room for relaxation and resting.

- Broadband available.
- Large Digital Flat Screen TV
- DVD Player
- Sky digital dish fitted (requires decoder & card).
- All furniture, beds with mattress covers and pillows etc.
- Two fire extinguishers plus fire blanket.
- Outside rotary washing line and patio furniture.
The price is £90 pounds per person, per week payable one month in advance by standing order and is let on a twelve months basis. The house is let as one, not on an individual person basis. The deposit is £900 in total, this being registered with My Deposits.
