When I booked my holiday to Salou, Costa Dorada, I was informed by my travel agent that I would be going by “First Choice” commercial airline instead of a cheaper budget airline.

When they saw that I was a wheelchair user, the First Choice staff went out of their way to help me and I had no problems flying with First choice airlines and I found the staff at the check in desks at Belfast International airport and Reus airport to be very friendly. I was given assistance onto the aircraft with no problems at all, and although I found the seats slightly hard, they were a little wider than the budget airline seats and I had more legroom. The flight crew were very friendly and were always ready with a smile when asking if I was comfortable. I chose not to have a meal on the plane, but had a snack instead, no particular reason, personal choice.

I would definitely fly with them again, no problem whatsoever.
