I entered the Thomas Cook
travel agents in Market Street Bradford and was
greeted by a pleasant assistant, whose name is
Jemma. I told her my requirements and
nothing was too much for her as she looked for a
wheelchair friendly holiday for me and my
daughter.
Eventually, with a pleasant
smile on her features, Jemma came up with the
hotel Gran Bali in Benidorm. She checked
everything fully and even contacted the hotel to
confirm that we would receive one of the ten
disabled adapted rooms that were available at
the hotel. When this was confirmed, we
booked and paid for the holiday and received our
travel documents. All through the search
and transaction, I found that the Thomas Cook
assistant, Jemma to be a professional and a
great asset to the company in her dealing with
customers.
We arrived at the airport
and the Thomas Cook representatives were very
polite and courteous as they gave us the baggage
labels and took details of the assistance I
would require to get onto the plane.
On the plane I was greeted
by friendly smiling Thomas Cook stewardesses who
went out of their way to ensure my comfort
throughout the whole flight.
I had a very enjoyable
holiday and I would definitely book a holiday
and fly with Thomas Cook again.
