Morrow Brothers specialise in the refurbishment of a ll types of stainless steel casks, kegs and extractor tubes. We also provide new stainless steel kegs, tamper evident keg caps and the retro fitting of transponders for keg monitoring.

The casks and kegs that Morrow Brothers supply to all of the major breweries in the UK are highly regarded for their quality and standard of workmanship. All sizes of keg and cask can be repaired with skills developed over thirty years, there is often little wrong with a damaged keg or cask that cannot be fixed given the right expertise and equipment.
Years of experience in the working of high grade steel, metal working , welding and surface finishing techniques have contributed to the quality of our refurbished kegs and casks.
Any type or style of extractor tube can be refurbished to any standard from an initial clean up, to a comprehensive ultrasonic cleaning process with total replacement of seals. All Micro Matic extractor tubes are refurbished to their own exacting standards, all seals, springs, bushes, tubes that are replaced are Micro Matic made.
We refurbish extractor tubes for all major brewers and can deal with any quantities you require . Morrow Brothers services and refurbishes hundreds of thousands of extractor tubes every year.
Morrow Brothers are the official agents for Blefa GmbH in the United Kingdom. Blefa are the largest keg manufactures in the world and supply all sizes of kegs from 5 litre to 100 litre kegs. The kegs are made in Kreuztal Germany and can be found in breweries in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australasia and North and South America.
Blefa are regarded within the industry as the finest manufactures of deep drawn kegs. The stainless steel keg is deep drawn on hydraulic presses with the two halves joined around the centre. This is the only seam that comes into contact with the product inside the keg. Blefa are continually monitoring and updating their plasmajet welding process, this ensures that the material surfaces are absolutely free of pores and cracks.
The Boetzkes tamper evident "SNAP CAP" is a cap used by most of the major breweries throughout Europe. The caps can be applied manually by hand or automatically by capping machine at speeds up to 1,200 per hour. All styles of extractor tube are catered for so once applied the only way to remove the cap is by damaging it, so removal is readily evident. SNAP CAPS are available in any colour, optional printing or embossment with the customers logo can also be supplied upon request.
