There are quite a number of websites that discuss hints and tips for creating graphics with Paint Shop Pro (see left for excellent examples). This is another! However, many of them are purely technical in nature, so I've decided to try and combine this approach with an artistic angle too, looking at how you can work with photographs to produce web imagery. You may also like to visit my web design for techies. I don't know if it'll work, but I'm happy to receive any feedback.

The "tutorial" is split into a few examples, working with a few of my own photos:

I've chosen photos that I personally like. Well, after all, I did take them. In many respects, they're the photographs most people would throw away from their collection of snaps; but they were taken with a fair bit of thought, and I'll explain these in the examples.
