It was Saturday 19th November 2005. A chilly winter day, and an area in Besselsleigh woods at Appleton, Oxon was the venue for "Wonders in the Woods". The event marked the start of National Tree week and encouraged visitors to enjoy the natural beauty of this ancient woodland, and breathe in the chilly November fresh air.
Entry was free of charge and all who attended had a good time.
