Hi dudes!

This page acts as the link to my 'Flash' Pax Britannica Maps. The maps were created in Freehand 8 (a vector graphics package) and then imported into Flash - where they are converted to Shockwave files for viewing. There's some miss-shaping of the data in the process but nothing too serious. The compression of the files is considerable, with the west map coming in around 13K and the East about 80K. In creating the artwork I've taken one or two liberties with the map. Gone also are the flags to denote control - since they suffered lots of degradation in the conversion process.

Once loaded you can zoom in on portions of the maps by right clicking, or you can scroll by left clicking and draging. Feedback is appreciated, just click on the 'toliet roll' picture above.

Later I intend to post maps for my game (once it starts), but meanwhile I will post those from Shaun Derrick's 'Brighton' game (I'm the USA) to test the process.
