Summer time dancing

.

Circle Dance is a form of international folk dancing which aims to create 'the community' as well as celebrate the traditions of central and eastern Europe
through its seasonal rituals in music and dance.
Sometimes called Sacred Dance,
it takes the rhythm of life and belief, and weaves it
into a body prayer. We dance for the joys and
hardships, we support personal and community transformation, with ancient and new music and steps, interpreting ideas with movement.
I theme dance evenings on the seasonal celebrations using traditional dance forms, especially from the Balkans, Russia, Armenia and France

Tuesday 15 July
and
Tuesday 19 August

Summer dances and old favourites from Greece and other Balkan countries, Armenia, Russia, France, & England
