Mumbles Rangers Boys' Club Vice Presidents Club was formed in
1989. The idea was originally formulated in order to raise funds
for the publication of 'One Mans Dream' and also as a means in
keeping in touch with club members past and present, and friends
of the club. The founder members of the Vice Presidents Club
number almost one hundred and include most of the original
surviving
"Billys' Boys"
The aims and objectives of the club are to
support and assist the Mumbles Rangers Boys' Club and as far as
possible ensure the clubs financial viability for the future.
All monies raised are being used for the benefit of Mumbles
Rangers and in this respect in recent years the Vice Presidents
Club has taken over the financial running of the Billy Johns
Memorial Clubhouse.
Membership is open to all members of Mumbles
Rangers past and present and any other persons who wish
to support the club (subject to the approval of the committee of
the
Mumbles Rangers) Subscription is £10 per year payable by
standing order.
Members will receive an annual newsletter and
notification of the Annual Club Dinner.
