| Eoghann:
Our new commander, Brechel, is a cold hearted man, and a patient one. We ate
away at the enemy gates, picking off single men rather than platoons of
Murdach. The men were fidgety. When told of our Third Mosshill Troops being
massacred at the west gate, all Brechel said was 'That makes things easier
here." Whatever his ways - they worked. We now hold the Murdach mountain
stronghold... but for how long? |
| Marach:
We have lost Caildhun Fort, which was fast becoming a symbol of Marach resilience against the Camshron might.
How, we cannot say. For much of the battle things were going our way. We held off several attempts with our heroic
dwarf mortarmen, and even Dilgrus the Wizard destroyed close to an entire troop of enemy warriors. Suddenly,
they attacked our gate and east flank at once. One dwarf blew himself up, and fate turned against us. Bran, the
commander, died shortly before the end. |
