This is me, Robert. This photo was taken before the beer belly and grey hair started arriving. It’s my website so I’m allowed to put whatever photo of me I like on it. This is the only one I could find where I had a flat(ish) stomach and a suntan. It also means that no-one will recognise me at events now ‘coz I can only dream of looking like this now (after three, everyone say ahhhhhh). |

This is Sabrina, aka BEANIE. Whilst she is the possibly most attractive member of the gang, this is not one of the better photo’s of her. This was taken during the NetworkQ Rally and features Beanie wearing most of her wardrobe (all at once). She would have made an excellent navigator during the event if only she could have worked out her left from her right..!!!! |

This is Gary, aka Oily Boy. He is supposed to be the mechanic, welder and spray man of the group. Unfortunately Oily Boy has discovered the evils of alcohol and can normally be found in the nearest pub/beer tent at any event. Here he is shown after a mamonth session at Santa Pod a few years ago where he actually managed to pass out on the trailer for several hours and it took the Fireforce jet car to wake him up. |

Mike Cantelo, aka Chicken Legs. Mike can normally be found running around trying to find a vital component for his engine that no one else is likely to have (but he has managed to break). Mike used to work for Mini World magazine but left shortly after this photo appeared in the magazine of him performing the Full Monty with me at the 1999 IMM. (Photo courtesy of Monty Watkins - Mini World magazine). Oops, that’s me with him, this time featuring the fuller figure. |

This is Robbie Bridges looking extremely silly dressed as Superman. He had forgotten that this photo had been taken. It was at the 1994 IMM at Silverstone. His girlfriend at the time was cooking breakfast and as he flew past her, he told her he couldn’t stop as he had to save the world..!!!! As most sane people can appreciate, his girlfriend was less than impressed. Some days, being a super hero can be really hard work. |

This is Nick Crush who owns the KAD 16v Mini. As you can see from the photo, not only does Nick spend a lot of money on his car, he also seems to spend a considerable amount feeding himself (phew, at last I have found a picture of someone fatter than me). Nick is normally in charge of catering for Mushroom Racing and can usually be found with a tin of Chicken Supreme and some rice or perhaps some form of pasta dish on the go at most events. |

This was my dog, Smitty. Unfortunately he is no longer with us but he was very passionate about Minis. In fact, he would jump into any Mini that he could find and expect to be taken for a drive. Unforunately he became friends with Oily Boy and turned to the bottle and was never the same again after that....... Smitty is the reason for the dog running across the banner on every page of this site. So now you know. |

This is Robbies dog, Shorts. He is possibly the most sensible member of Mushroom Racing (which just goes to show how stupid the rest of us are, doesn’t it). Shorts has appeared in Mini World magazine (September 1997 issue) as part of the article on Billy Bargain the graffiti Mini. You may not recognise him though as he was wearing a tie and not his usual shades..!! |
