Yakko, she is the female hero in the story. She goes to evening classes and helps her father in his restaurant (The Mambo) durimg the rest of the day
Gou, is the lead singer of the band (beehive). He has fluffy Yellow hair with a big red patch at the front
Hoshizou is Gou's little brother

Story: One night, going to her lessons, Yakko bumps into a stranger. She falls over and he tries to help her up. Only he doesn't realise that he does not grab hold of her waist as he expected and he gets slaped in the face. The young man is actually Gou, the lead singer in a very popular band (the Beehives)
He can't get the girl out of his mind and Yakko also wonders who that rude man was. What Gou doesn't know yet is that his best friend (who is also the composer and synthesizer player in the band) is in love with Yakko. Also, later, Gou's little brother (hosizou) becomes friends with Yakko. So Gou tries to avoid Yakko to spare hi friend's feelings but he sees her quite often since his brother is always there
