Neighbourhood Policing Team There are 3 areas in the Rhyl Neighbourhood Policing Team, comprising of 2 wards each. Town Centre and West South and South West East and South East Each area consists of 1 or 2 Community Beat Managers (CBM) and 1 or 2 Police Community Support Officer (PCSO). Both the CBMs and PCSOs will be dedicated to their designated area. In charge of these teams is Sergeant Dave Owens who took up post at the end of May 2007.
