Classes are based around a basic theme of warm up and stretching, followed by a combination of basic and advanced, punching and kicking techniques, to improve a studensts fitness flexability speed and power, to aid students in other aspects of training such as one step sparring, free sparring, self defence, and patterns (poomse). Students will also be tought how to break as they advance to higher grades, please see the grading sylabus for grading requirments.
