Terms and Conditions

Will I need to pay a deposit ?
- When you decide to go ahead an initial deposit of 30% will be paid. All major cards are accepted.

How many fittings are required ?
- A minimum of three fittings, with additional fittings as required.
The customer should be available for fittings at appropriate stages in order to keep to the timescale.

When will full payment be due ?
- Full payment will be made at or prior to the last fitting.

How is my dress delivered ?
- Dresses and garments are supplied hanging in an opaque garment cover and collected as arranged.

What happens if I change my mind ?
- Alterations and changes can be taken into account. There may be additional costs.
