Life’s too short
Take account of the best before the mistakes
The error, past kindness we are apt to forget.
affections severed, by words we live to regret
Friendships broken when it comes to the test.
We dwell on the worst aspects not their best.
Life is far too short for grievances, and tears
What’s the use of wasting precious time years.
something to forgive, do so without any delay
Maybe you too were not blameless, yesterday.
Forget the past and take the broadest view
Cast out bitter thoughts let love shine through
Then the power of love will win in the end.
