Real Ale RUNABOUTS 2009

This year Ipswich Busses have once again arranged a series of Real Ale Runabout trips in conjunction with the Ipswich branch of the Campaign for Real Ale. Designed as a means for people to enjoy visits to country pubs without having to take their cars, they continue to be popular year after year and have built up a regular clientele.

22 Apr - Bury St Edmunds
13 May - Wivenhoe, St Osyth, Brightlingsea
03 Jun - Cratfield & Laxfield
17 Jun - Bures, Lamarsh, Sudbury
01 Jul - Southwold
15 Jul - Naughton, Hadleigh, Lower Layham
29 Jul - Homesfield, Flixton, Bungay
12 Aug - Manningtree, Stutton, Tattingstone
26 Aug - Langenhoe, Mersea Island
09 Sep - Harleston, Weybread, Metfield
07 Oct - Assington, Levenheath, Stoke-by-Nayland
21 Oct - Tendring, Little Oakley, Harwich
04 Nov - Bildeston, Brent Eleigh, Edwardstone
18 Nov - Lt Glemham, Great Glemham, Rendham
09 Dec - Mystery

All of the above trips will depart from outside the Enquiry Office, Tower Ramparts Bus Station, at 19.00, and, on return to Ipswich they follow a circular route around Town to drop passengers off.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:-

1. The trip to Bury St Edmunds Beer Festival does not include admission to the event itself in the bus fare.

2. Reduced fares apply to holders of Elderly Concession travel permits IB Smart rider ticket holders and members of CAMRA who should show their Membership Card when booking their ticket.

3. Tickets should be purchased in advance from the bus company Enquiry Office.

4. Tickets may be bought on the bus, but only if seats are still available.

5. The minimum age for any participant on these trips is 18 years.
