The cottage is surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the Yorkshire Dales and offers a perfect place for a tranquil holiday and an ideal starting point for walking and exploring the local area. The cottage is situated in East Witton, one of the prettiest and most peaceful villages in the Wensleydale National Park. Rookery Cottage, parts dating back to the early 16th Century, has  been tastefully converted from four Almshouses in the early 1980's.

The cottage offers every modern comfort combined with old world charm, original oak beams, central heating as well as log fires, an oak panelled dining-room and well apportioned  beamed bedrooms. Guests are assured of the sort of personal attention that we hope will make their visit a pleasant one.
