The following article appeared in the Western Gazette, Thursday 28 October 1999

Footnote: NLP Wessex would like to point out that the NFU South West Region are incorrect in saying that it will be several years down the line before soya plant varieties are available in the UK as a commercial crop. Commercial crops were grown in (amongst other counties) Hampshire and the Isle of Wight in 1999. Soya is due to be grown as far north as Yorkshire in 2000. For more information on commercial cropping see: http://www.robin-appel.com/pr01_success.htm .
