Living in Chandlers Ford, a homeopath, and mother of 2 children, aged 22 & 17, I have watched with dismay the continual decline of moral and ethical values in our society. The present governmental system in this country will never bring about the depth of change needed in society but merely 'paper over the cracks'. Whilst I wish the recent new government every success, I think we all realise, now, that it cannot really offer us the solutions we need for a healthy, happy society.
Proven solutions at the grass roots level
Having felt for years that I could not find a suitable party for whom to vote, I was thrilled to find the Natural Law Party offering real, proven solutions at grass roots level. I am honoured to represent their policies.
Until society addresses the fact that each individual needs to find fulfilment and a sense of peace before there can be collective harmony we shall not progress.
Health
The Natural Law Party has clear policies in its manifesto on every aspect of the nation's life. We intend to bring in a natural, proven, preventative health care system which in a few years will bring about good health and massively decrease spending by 50%. Children would be taught a simple method by which they could monitor their state of health. Any slight imbalance would immediately be swiftly rectified by natural means.
Arm sales and defence
The Natural Law Party is the only party to declare an absolute ban on British arms sales abroad. It is wrong for this country to earn money by such means. This country should aim to radiate friendship to all nations. Naturally, a strong, healthy, positive population with a coherent collective consciousness does not invite attack.
Education
The Natural Law Party is the only party to offer solutions to the prevalent problems we have with the nation's young. By introducing new teaching methods to expand creativity and intelligence and by teaching the very young to find an inner stillness we will raise their consciousness. With raised awareness it naturally follows that a higher moral code ensues with greater respect for life etc. Fulfilled, creative, young people will not be attracted to crime through drugs, emotional problems or lack of values.
Crime
All crime reflects the stress level of society generally. Studies show that teaching Transcendental Meditation to prisoners greatly reduces stress, and their re-offending rate drops dramatically.
A Sovereign Britain in a United Europe
The NLP exists in over 50 countries around the world. We look forward to a fully sovereign and prosperous Britain in a united Europe and harmonious world.
