NUTTY NORMAS WACKY ANIMALS

My name is Norma, I'm ?? years old and my love for animals has given me the name of Crazy or Bonkers as a certain member of my family calls me, I hope there is someone out there who is as mad as me.

I cannot remember a day when there wasnt various animals around; dogs, cats, chickens and geese. As children we were always bringing baby rabbits home, looking back, these poor babies probably didnt want rescuing but rescued they were.

When my children were growing up they would bring home baby birds, frogs and then it progressed to seagulls and my son even brought a kestrel home aswell who later sadly died. Then as a hobby I trained and bred German Shepered dogs for many years, I now rescue mostly smaller critters, at the last count I have a dog, three cats, two ferrets, thirteen rats, six degus, three chinchillas, a gerbil and a hamster. I write little poems about my crew, and from time to time funny stories to tell about there antics.

Why do they really think I'm crazy? Perhaps its because I sleep with a seven foot tank of rats, 4 foot tank of degus and 3 large cages in my bedroom.
