Welcome to adpat.co.uk, the website for the rental properties of Brian Adcock and Neil Patterson.

In this website we aim to give you a source of information and reference material for current and prospective tenants - from images of the properties to details such as standard contracts and contact information.

We own several properties and have been letting to students and professionals for 15 years. Over this time we have gained a wealth of knowledge of the rental market and built up a network of reliable support functions. We look after our properties and choose tenants who we believe will look after our investments.

We maintain all properties to a high standard. All residential properties have gas central heating, burglar alarm, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer - as well as double beds and desks in each room. Each property also has at least one shower and bath.

Our 6-bed properties are licensed under the new HMO legislation and have been inspected by the local authority (September 2007). The licences were amongst  the first issued by Newcastle City Council.
