Ordering

At the moment we are only mail order. We can sometimes arrange for visitors, but due to other commitments several days notice are usually needed to arrange this. If you ring there is usually an answerphone. Please leave your address as well as your phone number as it is not always possible to ring people back due to erratic working hours.

If you wish to order anything, then please do so either by post and include payment or email. If you wish to confirm availability of goods before sending money then please email or write.

Payment can be accepted by cheque or postal order and should be made payable to M.J.Lovett. Orders can be sent on our order forms or your own usual notepaper.

Owing to the personal nature of many items no goods may be returned unless faulty. If faulty please write giving full details before returning anything.

Please do not send money for goods not advertised without enquiring first. In the case of second-hand or limited supply items, it is better to enquire first before sending money, as they may have been sold or no longer be available.

Although every care is taken in packing parcels, no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to articles during transit. If you wish to insure your goods in the post then please refer to the details under postage rates.

Payment

Credit cards, Switch & Solo: While payments cannot be accepted directly by these methods we are happy to accept payments by Credit Cards, Switch & Solo via PayPal and using enquiries@occultique.co.uk as reference. Payments may also be made by: International Money Order, PayPal (in GPB, Euro, Yen, Canadian Dollars or US Dollars), Western Union, or Credit Transfer (Bank details: Yorkshire Bank Plc, Account name: M.J. Lovett, Code: 050633, Account No: 41141893). Further details available on request.

Orders under £5 please add £1.00
Orders over £5 please add £1.50
Orders over £10 please add £2.00
Orders over £15 please add £2.50
Orders over £20 please add £3.00
Orders over £30 please add £3.50
Orders over £50 please add £4.00
Orders over £75 please add £5.50
Orders £100-£150 post free

Extra postage may be incurred if orders are sent in more than one package. The following services may be used if the appropriate fee is enclosed in addition to the above.

Recorded Delivery (for small items only) .65p
Compensation Fee (covers up to £500) parcel post only £1.25
Registered Post (covers up to £500) for small valuables £3.30

As some methods only apply to certain methods of posting we may have to use our discretion when sending your parcels.

Overseas Customers. Should either include extra postage or write and ask for a quote. Any excess will be credited to your next order. It is difficult to generalise about overseas postage rates but the above may cover surface post to most countries but rarely airmail. There is no free postage for overseas customers.
