He married Sarah Cornish Bruisyard, Suffolk, 12th October 1816. Sarah was born Bruisyard, Suffolk c1791. Sarah was the daughter of John Cornish and Sarah.

William Burrows and Sarah Cornish had the following children:

4 iii. Henry Burrows was born Bruisyard, Suffolk c1826.

+ 5 iv. Samuel Burrows was born c1827.

+ 6 v. Robert Burrows was born c1832.

7 vi. Sophia Burrows was born Suffolk c1834.
