5. James² Odam (John¹) was born South Molton c1811. James died March 1884 Tiverton, at 72 years of age.

He married twice. He married Ann Hayman. Ann was born Tiverton c1809. He married Susan Hutchings Tiverton, June 1877. Susan was born Plymouth 1819. Susan died Sept 1900 Tiverton, at 81 years of age.

James Odam and Ann Hayman had the following children:

9 i. Maria³ Odam was born Tiverton c1836.

10 ii. Sarah A Odam was born Tiverton c1841. She married James Hill. James was born Bristol c1837. (See James Hill for the continuation of this line.)

+ 11 iii. Henry Odam was born c1843.
