local group of the Ramblers' Association, which exists to facilitate the
enjoyment and discovery on foot of Britain's countryside.
Valerie
and Trevor's cicular walk of 8 miles to Croscombe used several lesser
used paths before Ham Woods and returned from Croscombe after lunch.
On that return journey there is an old stile much in need of repair
-- as the photos demonstrate. After the walk Valerie invited everyone
back for tea and cakes.
Mary wouldn't it
