Counselling Practice
1. Counselling development exercises
a) Where relevant, skills related to theoretical material will be explored through exercises
b) Person centred counselling competence will also be explored through exercises
2. Observed counselling practice sessions
a) Many class meetings will include recorded observed counselling practice, with peer and/or tutor feedback
b) Course participants are encouraged to meet outside class time, for observed counselling practice
3. Supervised client work
a) Course participants are required to complete a minimum of 125 hours of supervised client work
