Manchester: I went for a Sixth Form Open Day at UMIST in 1975; visited the Friends Meeting House (?Mount Street); and went to Eccles Friends Meeting House several times. [I should like to visit Manchester Town Hall.]
Salford: [I am very keen to see the L.S. Lowrey paintings at the newly-constructed Lowrey Centre]
Altrincham: I went skating at Altrincham ice-rink a few times.
