Onion: half
Garlic powder: to taste
Shoyu (soy sauce): to taste
Wash the lentils. Put them in a microwave-proof dish with 750 ml of boiling water. Microwave on medium power for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel and finely chop half an onion. Fry in a
little oil until golden brown. Stir in the fried onion to the lentils. Stir in
some shoyu and some garlic powder. Microwave
on full power for 10 minutes.
