The Cottage

The cottage, as it is affectionately referred to by the current owners, is in fact a substantial conversion to a previous barn. Unrecognisable for what it once was this detached property adjacent to the main house comfortably sleeps between 4 and 10 depending upon how you may wish to utilise the rooms.
The cottage has it's own fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two lounges. To the rear is a separate "apartment" which may form an independent residential area or merge with the whole cottage as one. The two main bedrooms lie above the main lounge and the rear ground floor apartment with balconies over respectively.
The cottage is very spacious and benefits from full air-conditioning throughout, solar heating tiled and polished wood flooring and a marble stairway.

GROUND FLOOR
Summer Lounge - Built in seating and table area, a marble fireplace with marble display shelving, double patio doors and large bay window with inbuilt stone seating and shelves to side. Archway through to Winter Lounge.
Winter Lounge - A smaller lounge area located in the centre ground floor, currently used as a tv lounge. Stairway off to 1st mezzanine bedroom and archway through to rear room.
Kitchen -This comprises of tiled flooring with modern fitted floor and wall units. Sink, drainer, built in fridge with freezer, 4 ringed hob, extractor fan, and washing machine.
Bathroom - This has a large jet Jacuzzi, double wash basins with marble surround, mirrored vanity area and substantial under basin storage.
Mezzanine Bedroom 1 - A large mezzanine bedroom reached via marble stairway from "winter lounge". Varnished wood flooring with ample space for double and a single bed. Wooden balustrades overlook lounge area whilst retaining it's privacy.
Apartment - From the tv lounge is a doorway through to another apartment area. This consists of a lounge with dining area off which a pine stairway leads up to a mezzanine bedroom which sleeps 2. Air conditioning and a separate entrance to the gardens.
