The House

Casa Branca (The House) was built seven years ago and is a uniquely designed property which has been maintained to very high standards. The current English owners have been in residence for the last five years.

The villa has air conditioning throughout, satellite television, solar heating and broadband internet connections.

Reception Hall - A small reception area, with guest wc off, leads into the lounge

Lounge - A large through room with marble fireplace nestling amongst an extensive array of recessed display arches. Tiled flooring, patio doors leading to skyline Jacuzzi and terraces and a built in bar. A spiral stairway at the rear of the lounge goes down to the bedroom areas. The room is set off by an interesting brick lined dome with concealed lighting, indicative of the Moorish style.

Kitchen - a large kitchen a fine range of attractive natural wood fitted units to provide ample storage and working surfaces. Built in oven, gas hob, double sink unit and dishwasher. Tiled flooring and patio doors leading to BBQ and terracing. Extractor fan over hob. Spot lighting inserts to ceiling.

Office - a small office configured to receive broadband lies between the kitchen and the entrance reception

Master Bedroom - A larger double en-suite bedroom, double patio doors leading to pool area and terraces.

Bedroom 2 - A double bedroom, with fitted wardrobes, double patio doors leading to pool area and terraces. A marbelled and mirrored vanity area

Bedroom 3 - A double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading onto another section of terrace that leads to the pool and has a very attractive floral area with rockeries.

Laundry room - This could very easily be converted into a fourth bedroom. It has a washing machine, tumble dryer, patio doors leading to terraces and gardens, storage space and sink with drainer.

Bathroom - This houses a large walk in shower, w.c., bidet, double wash basins with marble surround, fitted units and vanity area, spot lighting and vanity lighting.

Storage - There is a large storage area under the spiral stairs which lead down to the bedrooms.
