Finding Solutions To Complex Business Processes.

Software Stages Of Development

Initial Meeting

  • This initial meeting is to give us an understanding of what it is you want the system for and what you want it to do. You may have a system currently in place that has some features which you would like to keep or improve, there may be some features that you feel are no use to your business at all. We will find out directly from you exactly what it is you require.

    Specification Document Agreed

  • Once it has been decided what it is exactly you require we will produce a specifiction document which will ultimately be agreed upon between yourselves and PPA Software.

    Payment For Specification

  • When we have received payment for the agreed Specification Document, depending on the size of the system, we will identify 3 or 4 stages for the programs development.

    Start of System Development

  • On the start of development the customer is required to pay 25% of systems cost. This will lead to the completion of Stage 1 of the identified stages.

    Achievement of Stage 1

  • On the completion of Stage 1 we will present you with the system as it stands and agree and sign off this first stage.

    Stages 2 - 4

  • The process of paying 25% and development of the various stages of the system are repeated until all stages are complete.

    Software Support

  • On completion of the entire system it is highly likely that you will require a support contract with us. This covers you for technical support and help.
  • Support contracts are usually charged annually at 20% of the total system cost.
