 0167w.jpg (23476 bytes) EXCELITE  oak desk stand with two pressed glass inkwells each 3"x3" with loose bakelite tops red and black. pen groove and diamond point pattern to base of wells.   English - extensive commercial usage 1930`s-1960`s.

 0035w.jpg (7432 bytes) mid-Victorian rectangular pierced brass double pen tray having 2 brass inkwells with hinged tops. carrying handle. overall size approx 14"x9".  pierced ends with relief foliate and shell decoration.
 0199.jpg (22980 bytes) top - late 18c fluted bulbous ivory handled quill penknife 6½" long in slip case with daisy type motif. centre - bone handled quill knife/eraser steel tongued blade.5¼" long marked `APIS UNSTAINABLE SHEFFIELD`.  bottom - ivory handled eraser 5½" long with spade shaped steel blade and kettle motif.
